Tami L. Peterson

Tami Peterson is a family law attorney with nearly 100 % of her practice devoted exclusively to family law. Tami is a former chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association Family Law Section and is currently an Assembly Representative for the Minnesota State Bar Association. Tami is a member of the 6th District Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association – Family Law Section and Women Lawyers.

In addition to being actively involved with legislation related to family law in the state of Minnesota, Tami Peterson assists with trainings for advocates for sexual violence victims and domestic violence victims. She is also a Blue Earth County Family Drug Court team member, which aspires to assist parents in maintaining sobriety and reunifying their families.

Tami represents clients in all areas of family law: adoption, dissolution, paternity, child support, custody, and grandparent visitation cases.
